You can update your computer time using precise time Internet servers where time is synchronized with atomic frequency standard.

For automatic time update put a check mark in Automatically synchronize with the Internet time servers in the Time correction tab and choose required time interval for update in the Settings tab.

Attention! To synchronize time successfully the port 37 (Time) should be available for opening in your firewall if you use any. To get Time protocol data consult your network manager.
