When the mouse cursor is directed to the clock the tooltip appears:

 

The help view is set in the Tooltip tab. It appears when the mouse cursor is directed to the clock. These settings are applied to the calendar settings as well.

In addition the Astrological Forecast for the current day can be switched. To get the right forecast set date of your birth in the Astrology section, Users tab. Astrological forecast is similar to the forecast in the form of points in the Horoscope tab in the Astrology section.
